One of the shorter days of this trip we finally hit some unpleasant weather. At the start of the trip in California, the temperature was in the 90's and slowly declined as we moved east. We played golf that day at a course called "Devil's Thumb". Very beautiful and it only cost us $20 with a cart to play. The weather was weird I must say. One moment it was cold, rainy with gusting winds, then warm and sunny.
We played in the mountains so it was almost like the weather was recurring in a circle. When the rain left, you could see it coming back after 20 minutes. I wasn't complaining because the coarse was amazing but the total experience was odd to say the least.
