I had the pleasure of photographing Felicity and her parents at the end of 2020. Shot in the basement of my home with two umbrellas Bowens strobes. Nothing technical, but enough to get the job done in a short time frame. This shoot was actually somewhat bittersweet because this was the last time I used my Bowens lights before switching to Profoto. It was inevitable. Yes, their equipment is expensive, but all their products work well together, and the results are unarguable.

I can’t wait to post more shoots with my new lighting setup, but until then, enjoy these photos!

Scott Wilson's Reception Party

Seems like I'm starting to get behind in my blog! This post features a reception party I covered over the summer. Scott and his partner finally got married when same-sex marriage was made legal and organized a party to celebrate their love. It was an exciting day packed with food and activities. I met a lot of wonderful people that day and hope to capture another event like this in the near future.
