Digging in the crates for this one, for I never got the chance to share. Back in 2019, I had the privilege of meeting and photographing model Abby from New York City. She’s a frequent traveler to the DMV area, so you check her out at @abigaildiv and abigaildiv.com. She was fun, easy to connect with, and made my job easier with her work experience.
I used my Nikon D810 and Bowens lights to capture these images at the HOIST studio in Fairfax, VA.
I really don’t like to start with the whole “it’s been a while since I’ve blogged”, but it’s true. Everyone’s lives have been turned upside down and our motivation has been curbed. I’m one of the fortunate to still be working during these unfortunate times. After the new year, I wanted to focus more on commercial real estate and now that I have the time, I’ll be sharing some recent projects I’ve photographed since the pandemic arrived in America. Please note that I took all the precaution measures to be safe and capture every space.
Colonial Place consists of three impressive brick and glass towers offering 749,872 square feet of class “A” office space in the Courthouse area of Arlington, VA. A variety of restaurants, shops, and hotels are within walking distance. Colonial Place is just minutes from downtown Washington, DC via the Orange line Metro subway system which is accessible via an underground tunnel located on the property.
